Any that haven't already been said would be appreciated - I know it's a lot to trawl through to check if they have been mentioned so what I would recommend doing is if you recognise a location, search the thread using the search button in the bar at the top to see if anyone else has said it. If nothing comes up, then post it on here. I'm going to write up a spreadsheet of all the locations said so far - any objections from anyone on here?

LOL. You know you're a Spooks fan when....

RE: Spooks Locations - almh - 27-12-2009 07:43 PM

hehe, I think we've already got some about Spooks locations spotting on that thread too Wink It is fun to do though...

that's a good idea, to make things easier you can use the locations map they are sorted by series; I have to updated it from post #207 onwards. I'll update it ASAP.

Thanks for your help, carole9908, I'd love to know where Ruth's house is, if you know... Tongue

Here we are the ones obsessed with locations. Searching for locations one of my recent hobbies and I love it Big Grin

I think Ruth's house looks like too many others in London to be able to pinpoint it unfortunately.

I didn't know until I read here that they use the old Peak Freans biscuit factory for the Grid. I remember commuting into London by train back in the 80's - even if you had dozed off on the train, your nose would wake you up just outside London Bridge station - that delicious aroma of biscuits wafting through the train. Yummmm!

I love this thread but I'm not inclined to go hunting. I love reading the results though, it's one of my favourite places to visit.

Wow, the locations map looks great. I have not managed to get it to work before now. How do you get the screen shots from the episodes for the pictures?

RE: Spooks Locations - almh - 28-12-2009 12:12 PM

Here is the link - let me know if it doesn't work (Not that I'm likely to be able to do much about it Tongue)

You should be able to edit the document...

To watch videos in my pc I use "Media Player Classic" and then I pause in the image I want and then ALT+I. You can also do it with photoshop video.

That's great almh!! This makes things easier Wink

Sadly taking screenshots whilst the film is playing doesn't work on a mac on Dvd player Sad It won't allow you to open preview, which is how you get the screenshots...
New location Big Grin 7.5 1:26
Spoiler: show
Ros driving along a road (Bet you all want to go see this location Tongue)
Aspen Way. Precisely (because it is quite a long road and I pinpointed the exact point Tongue) 51.509223,-0.003605

You would have a photo uploaded but atm this hates me - if you want a photo of the road/view from googlemaps then PM me...
