I think it changes with every Series thats released, I don't know if Kudos ever took decisions on the extra's or not though in previous series
Perhaps because 9.8 was very Lucas based they will talk more about the episode in the "Downfall Of Lucas North" feature, instead of having an audio commentary on it
I would love for Episodes 9.1 to have the Commentary, and 9.7 would be a great episode to have Nicola Walker doing the Audio commentary for it, as it's a more Ruth based episode, I think 9.1, 9.3, 9.6 or 9.7 would be great to hear the commentary on

I do wonder whether the person who wrote that review has actually seen the extras. If they had, why not say which episodes have the commentary?

If 9.8 has no commentary, it's perhaps because it still is open-ended. We don't know FOR SURE whether Lucas is dead, although it seems likely. But this is Spooks. And yes, I'm clutching at straws.

Thanks for this, Forever Secret. I've just read the article by HJP, and I don't mean to be rude, but can someone PLEASE explain to me how Laila Rouass still believes her scenes with RA were passionate? I know I'm always awake when RA's on the screen, but I sure didn't see ANY passion between those two, staged or otherwise. Okay, some stuff obviously made the cutting room floor, but PLEASE...even the photo of the so-called "steamy kitchen" scene looked awkward and boring. (Give me 10 seconds with RA in a kitchen and I KNOW I could do better than that
)

Quite honesty seems to me like they are almost bashing S9 in general, there are hardly any positives about Series 9 (Surely there should be some positive points), and they have written only a little about Lucas, the only good point was praising the actors
Although some of it is actually true, there were changes in the character, but I wouldn't say that every character had been re-written and a lot of the article is just a recap of the Series,Series S9DVD Spoiler: show
(When I thought that it did very much move in a direction on S9 setting up for S10) and there's also very little written about the Extra's, just a few lines with very little info, I wish they had at least said which Episodes had commentary on them and maybe who did commentary on each one ...*sigh*
But S9 does seem to have much better extra's then S8 did, there was so little on the S8 DVD

Just got an email from play.com saying its been posted, I hope it arrives in a few days Usually things from Amazon and Play arrives 2 or 3 days after dispatch Last time I pre-ordered something it arrived 3 days before its release date so...
