Ooh...why????? Awaiting medical test results? A bloke? Suspect you're pregnant? Exam results? Or a job interview?
They're about the only things that could legitimatelly make one sick with anxiety. Anything else is just stuff to get through.

is so cold its unbelieveble yes i live in the north of scotland but it should be warmer than 10 degrees at 12pm in the afternoon and not so wet i almost had to swim to work!

back from a long swim in a lake that, at roughly 23°C, does not much to refresh.. on my bike in a bit, cycling through fields and forests.. as soon as it's 5 degrees cooler.

And back now, in one piece thankfully, but I did meet a big terrifying tractor on the bay, and nearly reversed into a cyclist....
