He seems to be pushing his lips out (I was looking for a word in English to that, I found "pout" but it appears to be used when somebody is in a bad mood, and I mean in a sexy way

I have to admit that I dont like that photo. He looks a bit strange like the photo has been stretched a little out of shape. Dont get me wrong though, if he turned up on my doorstep looking like that and offered to help me shovel snow, I would greet him with open arms.....

Beatriz, a lot of people, particularly women, use pout in that context as well.
