A POG is a Peter Obsessed Girl (or Guy, for that matter!). Not sure what a NOG is. There's also a HOG - a Harry Obsessed Girl.

I quite like the idea of being a Soggy. But come to think of it, being a Soppy is even more appropriate.

BTW, I note from the PF forum that his eps of Heartbeat (7, I think) are on ITV3 from 14th. Must look out for them, although I've got four of them thanks to TeaLady. My other half will declare me insane for watching Heartbeat and growl when I say I'm only watching because of Firthy.

Thanks for the heads up about Heartbeat. Luckily all my loved ones will be back at their various unis etc so I can watch what I want without explanation or excuse!

It's so nice not to have to hold back and pretend to be a NOWS or, even harder, a NOWH (Not Obsessed with Spooks, Not Obsessed with Harry...) - though I am slowly subverting friends and even a sibling in the land of the Cousins to the Cause.
