I'm a newbie in here bit late but .... I've watched every episode .
I didn't think Series 9 would be able to be wrapped up in the last episode, so really glad to read that Series 10 is on the agenda.
Surprised to read in here that I'm not the only one not keen on RA....which makes me feel better

I'm new here to but i have been watching spooks since it began... i was 7... (i used to watch it with my dad) and i am so happy that series 10 is on the agenda as i can't see any realistic way that all of the spooks series could be wrapped up in this final episode... and also i don't want it to end cuase it's my favourite show

I agree, usually in Spooks, well a lot of the time its left with a cliff hanger ending, I'm wondering if that will happens in Series 9.
I love RA as an actor... but (sorry to big Lucas fans) if I had to choose between Lucas, Harry or Ruth being killed I'd have to say Lucas
Maybe the series will end with his fait being the cliffhanger
The fact a 10th series was an article on the NW website makes me think Ruth might stay for Series 10...

Ahhh Floz bless! You make me feel old. My 10 year old will be watching with me next week, tucked under a duvet, eating homemade popcorn!

Well i'd be really upset if that wasn't the case. Here's to major hoping.
I think the only times a series has ended without a cliffhanger are series 3 and series 5.
With all this talk of series 10 and it being very, very likely right now, i don't see there being no cliffhanger in series 9.

Being the pessimistic person that I am, I think that we have more to worry about this time. Seriously hoping that Kudos didn't ask Beeb for an extra year to tie it all off neatly...

I hate to say this, but I think they will announce that series 10 is the last series. If they don't do this in the next month or so, then I think we will be ok for series 11. As it is, they seem to be "biging" up series 10 which I don't remember them doing before.
