How exact do answers have to be? Like, does capitalization, presence of commas, etc matter?

Capitalisation is irrelevant. But presence of punctuation such as commas, fullstops do matter. But every mission has 3 correct answers with different formats and different punctuation to try and account for these things.
However I have not once set a mission with an answer with commas.

What I mean is that's it's not a metaphorical message or anything like that. It is literally there on the painting.
