Well I said I would do it and I have done. The link is at the top of the site and I hope you enjoy it and have fun!

The concept is simple, you submit facts that are approved/rejected by others users according to the guidelines and then once they are approved they can be voted up or down by other users.

You can sign up straight away and start submitting/moderating/rating facts! I've already submitted my ones from the Facts thread we have on here.

Feedback/issues are greatly appreciated too and can be communicated in this thread or through the site.

Enjoy! Smile

What kind of trouble are you having?

RE: HarryPearceFacts.com - Fidget - 12-06-2011 01:00 AM

I click on the link the page opens with a beige background then it just flicks on & off but won't open completely
I just tried using 'Firefox' & get this message.....the site is offline as they are dealing with spammers

Yeh I had to take the site down for a bit. It's back up now.

What browser do you usually use instead of firefox?

RE: HarryPearceFacts.com - Fidget - 12-06-2011 04:22 AM

'IE', now it says I need to update it to 'IE9'

RE: HarryPearceFacts.com - Nitrus - 12-06-2011 11:00 AM

Yeh you do, your browser is out of date. There is a link provided for downloading IE 9. Smile Or you could just switch to Firefox.

Love it! Love some of the facts on there already! Heart

I had the same problem with being told my browser needed updating. It made me suspicious because I always download my usual updates and I don't want to have anything to do with Firefox because I blame it for my last computer self-destructing! Maybe I'll just have to stick to the thread on here. Confused

Firstly, there's no way Firefox destroyed your computer lol.

Secondly, what browser are you using? I can tell you if it's out of date or not. On the web page where it says it's out of date you can download the latest version of whichever browser you use.

The reason your browser needs to be up to date is because the website is very modern and uses a lot of really great design techniques that only work in modern browsers. Smile
