Slightly off topic but is that an adapted quote from somewhere? I recognise it, but I don't know where from... (The word Kudos is the word that was changed Tongue but I can't figure out from what...)

I don't know... I just translated it from spanish and change God for Kudos. If it's a quote, it was sheer coincidence Tongue

I like the idea of a drink in Harry's Big Grin but I don't know if Ruth will agree with that...

Oh, ok Smile

Why don't we make Ruth go to Harry's for a drink, and if she doesn't want to go we'll go instead! How about that Tongue

So if Ruth doesnt go round to Harry's for a drink in tomorrow nights episode we are all going to be depressed. Anyway I am away again for the weekend so wont get to post until Sunday. I will hopefully though get to see Friday's episode if my parents let me watch it (Christmas visit) so if Harry's "wounded" look does turn out to have something to do with Ruth then you will probably hear my screaming all the way from Leicester !! Fingers crossed for those two. Heart

I think a lot of people on this thread will be screaming with you Tea Lady Sad But hopefully it won't happen.

I loved how concerned they were about each other's emotional well-being in this episode. The first sign that Ruth is upset about something and Harry promptly materialises at her desk to find out what's the matter. And then later when he is doing his best to convince her that he has to send the kid back into danger, he is very concerned about how she would feel about it. She, in turn, knows this and sets his mind at ease by saying it's the right decision and also providing a bit of physical comfort through the touch of his hand. Awww.

I get the impression they may have gone for that drink after all, and that we just didn't get to see it. There's a deeper level of understanding between them that seems to indicate that they may have talked about a few things off-screen.

Now, if we can get the more playful part of their interaction back as well, I'd be very happy.

I know! It was almost like Harry had a sense for Ruth's distress and walked over as soon as everyone else had turned their backs.
