I agree with Silktie; HR working together is like a team, no boss, the tone of their conversations implies that, above all, when they're alone.
I don't think the cliffhanger is about Harry, because it would be more or less like the series 7 finale, but you never know... Tea Lady is right about Harry's being out of the Grid or HS office lately...

Possibly, maybe, ok, yes it will, but I will be in a right huff for ages and ages and I will probably get divorced. I dont want to see another scratch on Harry though. And I was clearly WRONG about NW's reasons for returning to the series
