Boss, schmoss... I don't think that should matter so much. If MI5 does not have any rules against dating your boss, then it shouldn't be a problem. But yeah, we actually need to get to them having a decent conversation first, then some hand-holding, moving onto hugging, some innocent kissing, some passionate kissing...you get the idea. Blimey, Spooks'll have to run for about ten more series before they can move in together at the pace they're going!

They don't need to live together to be involved with each other. There are lots of safe houses around -- Harry needs to take a cue from Adam/Anna.
However, they might want to have another dinner together first, maybe even go to a movie. What a novel concept!

No, I wouldn't like them sneaking off to safe houses for a quickie or whatever. It has the sordid feel of an illicit affair to me, when in fact there is nothing illicit about their relationship. They don't have to live together, but they can still have their liaisons at one of their own houses.

I only suggested the safe houses because I assume both their houses are surveilled (if that's a word). And I imagine H has a security detail ever present, even if we don't see them.
