RE: Harry and Ruth - almh - 12-11-2009 07:41 PM I think he knows what he wants, he just doesn't know how he's going to achieve it. RE: Harry and Ruth - Beatriz - 12-11-2009 07:54 PM I agree with almh, he knows what and who wants, the problem is always the circumstances, never the right ones RE: Harry and Ruth - lwhite53 - 12-11-2009 07:59 PM (12-11-2009 07:41 PM)almh Wrote: I think he knows what he wants, he just doesn't know how he's going to achieve it. Thinking you want something and actually doing what it takes to get it are two different things. Desire drives action; "intellectual" longings makes you Hamlet! I am a happy girl today and finally undertand all the hoopla over Harry and Ruth. This being said, I can say honestly that it is frustrating to watch because like Beatriz said above - circumstances never seem to be the right ones. It's as if their 'stars never align' and things never really fall into place. I sure hope that the Spooks writers fix this by the end of this season and that both characters survive it. I think they deserve it more than any couple I have watched so far on Spooks. RE: Harry and Ruth - Sidney Reilly - 14-11-2009 12:29 AM A point for discussion: Does anyone feel that the Adam-Ros relationship was the diametrically opposite of the Harry-Ruth relationship. Adam and Ros scored very low on emotional content but scored very high on physical content and vice versa for Harry and Ruth. Do you perhaps think that one relationship highlighted the inadequacies of the other and vice versa?
