Whose Line Is It Anyway? (In Spooks) - JHyde - 08-11-2009 03:11 PM

This is a fun game I've played on a facebook group for one of my favourite TV shows. Spooks has many cool lines, and the purpose of this game is to provide a memorable quote, and the next respondent has to tell us all where it came from, and who said it. They then also get to provide the next quote.

For example:

Person 1: Plus it's an excuse for the PM to chop my bollocks off.
Person 2: Good, you can join the choir.

In this case, Person 1 is the Home Sec, Nicholas Blake and Person 2 is Harry. It takes place in 7.4.

You can use one liners, or call and response quotes like this one. But no more than two lines, or two people.
And try and avoid quotes that have been used in the "Favourite Quotes" game. If you're using quotes from season 8 episodes, use spoilers, all other seasons are assumed knowledge!

To start:

P1: The problem with you is, you enjoy this too much.
P2: Oh yeah, look at me, having fun!

Ooo this is cool haha

I am not sure, is it series 5, episode nine and P2 is Ros and P1 the doctor friend she takes the war criminal too? I think they say something like that to each other haha. i don't know if it is right do I still put the next quote?

Yep, that's right! Ironically, Neil Cross thought it was one of his weaker lines, but in Hermione's hands it ended up being really funny.

Go ahead and give us the next quote.

ooooooo coool Smile This is probably waay too easy but it is harder than I thought to think of one lol.
This is it:

P1: Do you want to be taken out and shot?

It's Harry talking to Colin in 3.7 I think?

It's right, go ahead and give us the next quote Silktie!

When playing this game, if you're pretty sure you're right, just go ahead and give us your quote. If you were wrong, I'm sure someone will humiliate you suitably with the right answer soon enough.

Lol, okay.

P1: Oh love, love, careless love - makes you say things you shouldn't.

Juliet speaking to harry on the fire escape in 4.1. she is threatening to expose Harry's secret failure during Operation Omega.

Quote: "We both have personal issues with this matter"

This was a bit hard - I think it's 2.1, Harry talking to Tom about McCann.

"Ooooh, yeah, hang on - sorry, it's just it's been a while".

Zaf talking to Ros in series 5, episode 3 when they're having a meeting about the terrorist gang Zaf has infiltrated.

P1: What makes you think she’ll speak to you in person?
P2: Reckless optimism.
