I've been giving clues to the wrong quote! (I have two I was thinking of using, and it turns out I've been giving you clues for the wrong one!)

Ooh haha so for once me being a complete idiot and not reading the clues properly has paid off!

It's Zaf, in the ep where the guy is released from prison because of a technicality, then we discover his family is being held hostage by a group who want him to assassinate someone, then we further discover that he should never have been arrested in the first place and Special Branch confused him with another guy with the same name. At the end, he and his family are given asylum in Ireland, with new passports. I can't remember exactly which ep it is.
