Series 3 episode 1 p1: TOm P2: CHristine

P1: We must task a completely deniable agent. A cleanskin. Win or lose, there can be nothing to trace them back to us.

I think it's Tom talking about getting someone to steal Firestorm in 2.7.

In case I'm correct:

P1: I've gotten used to a stable two-party system...
P2: Three.
P1: What, we're including the little Scottish chap?

This is 4.3, Harry (P.1) and Fiona when talking to Periwinkle, or whatever his dopey name is, who's a closet homosexual in Parliament and that's how they blackmail him and dissuade him from joining The British Way.

"He's a cold one, your friend."
"The benefits of a public school education."

A defining moment for the character in question.
