Excuse me if this has been discussed before as I am a newbie.
Every time I see shots of Spooks "Thames House" I get annoyed! Why not just use a shot of the real Thames House?
Having been there in the 90s I just expect to see the real thing!
Any comments?

Prob incase they get real footage of people working.

Can't see that being the problem, they use the same Masonic Hall shot the whole time... They use the MI6 building so can't see any difference. Maybe just me being pedantic!

Isn't the shot of the MI6 building a long shot from across the river or something? Maybe they couldn't get permission to do close-ups of the building exteriors?

In the earlier series, didn't they use shots of the arched door at Thames House more often. Or is that not at MI-5 either ?

In Series 7 they used exterior shots of the real Thames House.
