There's a thread running in general discussion for the renewal of the series under "Series 9 rumour".

Episode 7 please! It was so good we need to talk about it some more.

A Brompton, I'm told, by a friend who has one!

Am so glad I wasn't the only one who noticed the bike lol.. You can't trust these politicians on bikes you know... look at Boris Johnson! Tongue

Loving all your comments, dont have much to add apart from I loved it when Lucas actually did a bit of proper thinking at the beginning and found the datastick.. it was like; finally , back on form and not having angst flashbacks or falling apart over the Wicked Witch...!
I actually found the Harry leaning over the desk to Ruth moment almost too intense and could hardly watch it.. but then I'm just sad like that Thud

I must admit to a slight wobble with the Harry and Ruth lean, as well.

And - not only Boris - Dave rides a bike too. More evidence!Big Grin

That's not sad! I found it too intense too Sad Mind you, I'm sitting here cringing through Ruth's date with John Fortescue, and I can't stand that either - that's too intensely cringing for me Sad But Harry/Ruth in general is Heart Wink

Loving your name btw.. I loved Dangermouse as a kid..!
which Dave are we talking about here? Sad

RE: Episode 7 Discussion - penfold - 20-12-2009 04:21 PM

Sorry ! Dave = David Cameron!

[Dangermouse was a big favourite of mine too ! He was always saying "Shush Penfold" -which I never do!]

I know what you mean.. I never entirely figured out why he ends up scurrying away at the end, although of course, I am glad he does; and without wishing to get off track or double post without good reason, Does anyone know who is writing the H/R storyline at Kudos and if they can be bribed? Smile

btw. has anyone mentioned the lovely Ros's potato peeler line on here yet? Tongue Nasty thing...

RE: Episode 7 Discussion - almh - 20-12-2009 04:24 PM

I dunno who it is, but if you do find out let me know Wink BTW there is a Ruth/Harry discussion in the character area if you want to come have a chat about them Big Grin (shameless plugging, I know)

The potato peeler line has definitely been mentioned and deservedly so, although I'm still a little disappointed she didn't reference Wolverine given how much that dagger looked like his claws.

RE: Episode 7 Discussion - almh - 20-12-2009 08:49 PM

That's what I thought! Wolverine! (Mind you, I have never seen Wolverine, or whatever film he's in. I've only seen a publicity photo and it reminded me of that)
