I've already replied to your PM, but I'll briefly explain here aswell.
The ranks on Spooks Forum are a symbol of your presence on the forum basically, as you reach certain post count milestones (100, 500, 1000) etc, your rank will go up until you reach the top rank.
It's just a bit of fun to give SF a bit more of a Spooks feel, hope that clears things up.
