Happy to announce I did get the new position at work....not exactly Section Chief but still very pleased
 Unplugging for the weekend to enjoy time at home with family and lots of good food & fun - Happy Thanksgiving from Canada!

I just came up with an uber creative Halloween themed arts & craft project for the kids only to have my husband point out that in order to find paint that will stick to plastic, I'd have to use spray paint? I call it party pooper, he calls it Frustration Alleviation Manager. ;-)

Thanks for the congrats Bea! Very excited to be starting something a bit different at work!
...currently recovering from a fantastic Thanksgiving dinner on Sunday and an equally yummy leftover Thanksgiving lunch today...very thankful and full of thanks (and turkey )

today is the first day of my new approach to losing weight - getting my baggy butt down the gym, not drinking alcohol during the week and eating healthily. I'll see how long I can stand it!! Got to do something - since giving up smoking, I've put on too much weight and my clothes aren't fitting any more. Getting critical now!
