[A Cousin]

As with many of you, Sarah Jane was my first Companion. You never forget your first! I was the same age my daughter is now. Back then, Sarah Jane was a bit of an anomaly for female TV characters of the time; a resourceful and intelligent feminist journalist stow-away. Fantastic role-model stuff!

I only just recently saw her in School Reunion with Tennant. With K-9 Mark III, too!
