Ros definitely is a leader, and not a team player. And I think relating to Adam's medical records, it was the right decision. He had a problem that was affecting his work, and he should have made others aware.

I think that's why I love her character so much!! You don't know where she is coming from. I don't think she loved adam enough really. I think what she did was all really for her gain
