You make some very good points there Nia M. It was like for a woman to become a Superintendent she has to sacrifice her personal life. She has to go without children and a man. She is also obviously struggling to cope with running such an innovative unit and is depressed. It was all just so cliched. Bloom shagged about, stabbed an innocent person in the leg, falsified evidence, nearly got Martha killed and was an accomplice to muder and he just got a pat on the back from the team at the end.
