Any other Vegetarians out there?

almost any cheese is great.. and out of respect for the cows giving us the milk to make it I don't eat them
I'm not a vegetarian although I rarely eat meat, mainly for health reasons tho, and because I love my veggies just too much. But a nice green Thai curry with a bit of chicken or the odd roast turkey.. yum.
I have quite a few vegetarian friends and love swapping recipes with them, there is so much you can do with with veggies, and herbs, and spices. Although I balk at tofu. And I LOVE Brussels sprouts
Oh, and no fish please. Childhood trauma
