RE: Spooky Holidays
It's the major summer holiday over here at the moment, and everything except the shops basically goes to sleep for a couple of weeks.

And I spent my one night off this week writing fan fic. Silly JHyde.....

RE: Spooky Holidays
It's hotter than hell over here at the moment, so we'll be having a pool party at a friend's house, and be home in time to prevent the poor dogs from going berserk because of the fireworks. We get a lot of idiots here trying to stage their own fireworks shows and injuring themselves, their own and other people's pets, or burning down their own or neighbours' houses...

RE: Spooky Holidays
same here.. (not the hot weather tho, we've had fresh snow this morning).. but I've been getting flash-banged for almost 3 days now.. mostly kids throwing firecrackers at each other and passing people.. we're off to Holland in the early hours, heard it's even worse there... might have to duck into a coffee shop for a bit of peace Smile

How dumb are people who do that? Unbelievable. And I say that as a total pyro myself.

HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!!!

I'm swinging by a party tonight briefly before fighting my way down to the harbour where my work building is. At least we'll have a nice view of the fireworks!
