Harry... looks gorgeous! I thank who ever's idea it was to cut Peters hair from the S9 long hair (At least from what we've seen it is shorter haha), the short suits him better in my opinion.
It's great to see the action return, that car chase looks great and I'm assuming the filming people saw could be that scene.
Now was that Erin and Dimitri questioning someone in that room? Its only their outlines we can see so could it be Elena? Or Coaver perhaps, with Harry on that chair?
We see Harry giving someone a telling off right at the beginning which is interesting as well, and can't wait to see whats got him so upset since he looks upset in the entire trailer.
Even just from 18 seconds it makes you wonder how things will turn out for poor Harry
And oooooh Harry and Ruth.... in a car? Is there no end to the Harry-goodness ;)It does seem there is a lot of Harry and Ruth in this Series! Can't wait for that! Big Grin

For those who can't hear, I think Harry said "I'm don't know who to trust anymore, even myself"
Not 100% sure but it sounded like that.
But remember it might be dialogue from a different scene over the top of that scene, so might not be actually from the H/R Car scene Wink

Let's hope it's shown on the BBC again tonight eh Big Grin See it on the big screen.

Forever Secret - I wondered about that scene and now that I've watched it for the 1millionth and 1 time, I conclude :

that it isn't Harry. (The man also drops a gun too which alarmed me no end!) It's definitely Max and I think it's Erin (but could be Alice as you say) I think the man is too small to be PF and also in the opening scene where Harry is berating a man on a chair if you look at the windows they are the same.

Agree about PF's hair.

Love love love this trailer......!!!!

I'm not sure how I feel about the Dimitri situation. Based on this trailer, are we really led to believe that he's going to be carrying a lot of the load this series? It seems like a really strange leap for a character who barely made an impression last year. Max was likable enough in the role, but I can't shake the idea of Dimitri suddenly being thrust into the spotlight.

Oh yay. This is a nice present after a hectic day at work.

Personally I'm glad to see that Dimitri might be getting lots of action. Although, trailers can be deceiving and they might all be from the same episode. But Max looks great.

And looks like there'll be lots of Harry, which makes me happy too. And he's doing some finger-pointing - you know he's p.o'ed when he starts doing that. Goody!

Though the trailer is only 18 secs long, it seems I must have watched it for hours today considering the minimum amount of work I managed to do (good that my boss was out of the office today phew...Silba)

And as for Dimitri featuring - maybe they wanted to balance this out somehow, Harry and a little bit of Ruth for the quiet contemplative scenes and some action scenes. And for the action Dimitri, though only known from one series before, is the only one who could be known at all. Lara Pulver would not yet be recognised by viewers to belong to MI-5...

Good points lottanyman. It's all marketing and publicity. We rabid fans may be lapping up and gnawing on every bit of intel there is but the other 6M viewers (give or take the odd 100,000 Wink) very well may not have any idea re: new casting. Of the S9 field team (Lucas, Beth and Dimitri), he is the only familiar face left.

I am perfectly fine with him featuring a bit more strongly in S10. (If indeed he does. As mentioned, this may only be clips from one, perhaps even the first, episode.) Why not? The disposal of officers only to have another step into the blank space has been a Spooks device from the moment poor Helen went swimming for the last chip/french fry.

But you're right. And I'd also love to see Dimitri in a more expanded role. According to the info from the filming thread it seems at least he'll be out and about for some action.

Harry's not looking too cheerful is he? Neither is Ruth, come to that. I think we're in for lots of angst.

Part of me can't wait for the series to start, the other part doesn't want it to start because it'll all be over too quickly. Vueltasss
