Indeed she was, played a very very good part two. She was brilliant, never thought I would see Ruth go postal on a man's head with a hammer.

Thanks for this as I didn't think about iplayer and couldn't see that the episode was being repeated. Anyway I have just watched it and while the whole story was a little OTT, NW was very good in it. As for the "Waynetta Slob" accent Nitrus, I kind of liked it. Not for Spooks though.

Lol I just came to tell everybody she was in luthor, odd really as it was the only episode I've watched and there were two Spooks actors in it, the woman who killed the guy in hospital was the model whose baby died in series 3 I think it was. I've just been watching her in The Prisoner!

Wasn't the same actress, Ruth Wilson hasn't been in Spooks.
@Tea Lady I don't know if you've been watching Luther but last night's storyline was not OTT compared to the other episodes lol.

Just watching Luther now and I don't think anyone has said this, but Saskia Reeves who played Sally Bernards plays DSU Rose Teller. Oh, and iPlayer really confused me - they've listed Nicola Walker as Linda Walker. Oops.

The voice NW uses for Ruth is not quite her same accent, I find. Your phone voice or radio voice, if you will.
