RE: Richard Armitage - femaleBertieWooster - 11-01-2010 07:54 PM I'm somewhat fortunate that these days reality rears its ugly head very early on and tempers my crushing, no matter how hard I fight to keep the fantasy alive. I usually realize that I'm in love with characters and not the actors who created them and become a mere fan. RE: Richard Armitage - kirmostar - 11-01-2010 08:00 PM I am the worst celebrity crusher - have been all my life but it usually goes away after a while. RA has had me hooked since Sparkhouse a LONG time ago. Having seen him in interviews a lot I have a mega mega mega crush on him which just won't go away. I also have crushes on David Tennant (over 3 years now) and Cillian Murphy (even longer) I also have a medium to not at all understanding husband....... I agree. I think I am much more enamored Lucas than I am of RA. No one can claim to be as bad as me, until you've seen Daniel Craig when you're driving home with the groceries. Yes, I've had a few MRIs since then and they say I'm really OK. I liked him in North and South but still wasn't in love. I remember telling someone that I lent the DVD to that he was really intense. It was only when I saw his picture up as part of the cast of season 7 that I realized something was happening. I said "HE'S IN THIS?" with very wide eyes and he did not disappoint. RE: Richard Armitage - TygerBright - 11-01-2010 09:21 PM it's probably more the characters than the actor that attract me, with poor troubled Lucas a slight favourite (and not so poor, troubled Gisborne, I've always had a thing for bad boys ) but I guess there's a bit of RA in every role he plays.. but having seen/read a few RA interviews I think it'd be easy to fall for him (and that's not counting obvious gorgeous appearance .. and THAT voice).. he comes across as a down-to-earth, warm, and gentle person with a great sense of humour... Still, whether he has a gf or not and other details of his private life I don't much care about, as long as he's happy and continues his wonderful work... RE: Richard Armitage - kirmostar - 11-01-2010 09:51 PM Lucas, Guy, John Thornton, Harry in VoD too RE: Richard Armitage - BoHenley - 12-01-2010 08:45 AM Yes the Guy of Gisborne growl is a favourite of mine too. Gorgeous looks, gorgeous man. What's not to like? RE: Richard Armitage - JHyde - 12-01-2010 08:49 AM Nice first post - welcome! |
