Ooh, I went to Devon and Cornwall when I was a little girl, but now I want to go back just for the tea! Cream tea? I assume that's just tea with a little cream in it?
I start my day with loose leaf organic English breakfast tea. I have a "subscription" to it from Amazon so it gets sent to me every month. For backup I keep Red Rose tea bags around. When I get to work I have Lipton tea bags. Not sure if you have those brands in England. You're not missing anything if you don't.

Cream teas - now you're talking!!
A Cream Tea is a pot of tea (usually ordinary black tea) accompanied with a scone, jam and clotted cream. It is heavenly! But the cream MUST be clotted! None of this whipped stuff, or even worse, squirty cream from a can!

WHAT? I'm totally going to England for cream tea! Yeah! I LOVE clotted cream. I don't think it exists here in the U.S. I've never had it anywhere but in England.

Heaven on earth is a cream tea down in Boscastle, Cornwall.
If it didn't take 16 hours to drive there, stuck in horrendous traffic, I would go more often.

I love the way the strawberry is put there to make you think you're eating something wholesome! It does look scrummy though! Guess what we'll be having for tea on Saturday in our house!

I go to Cornwall on holiday most years, and I just have to have at least one cream tea and always bring a pot of clotted cream home with me.
But favourite drink has to be hot chocolate with whipped cream on top, sprinkled with mini marshmallows and dusted with cocoa powder.

I've never seen clotted cream for sale here, but possibly you could get it at a specialist shop in one of the larger cities?
