Nitrus - I could not have put it better myself. That is probably my favourite line out of the whole 10 series. So far anyway..

Although "real life" has kept me from visiting & posting as much as I once did I am back to say Thanks and not goodbye - but see you around!
This is the first and ONLY fansite I have ever joined - the main reason was the great community that Nitrus & co built here to try and make all feel welcome.
So as we gear up for Sunday night (or Monday night in cyber-space for me) take a moment and make a "cyber toast", raise your glass and say..... "Long live Section D & [spooks] forum!"

Wow! A lovely post Nitrus. Really brought a lump to my throat.
I have spent the best part of two years on this forum (apart from the last few weeks when I have been trying to keep my powder dry of spoilers.)
I have loved it.
Because of your forum Nitrus, I've met some wonderful people and had some wonderful experiences. I've discovered a love for theatre. Have friends all over the world and been lucky enough to share beers with some of them. Friends for life? I hope so. You know who you are guys.
Glad you are keeping the forum going for now Nitrus. I will still be here. You are right to be proud.

Hopefully by this time tomorrow the never said will have finally been said... we all know it's time!
For now I'd like to add my voice to everyone else in thanking Nitrus for putting together and running this forum, I've really enjoyed the opportunity it's provided to air my views on the last 2 series and to read what others are thinking, it's been a great way to share ideas and challenge your assumptions. That's the beauty of Spooks, it has hidden depths and twists and turns that merit being discussed, so thanks for providing us with a well-balanced site to do just that.

Awww that's a very moving piece of writing.
I want to thank you, Nitrus for opening this fantastic site. Thanks to bertowud, JHyde and Silktie, as well, and all the people who made this forum as friendly as it is.
I've never been a part of a community like this, I've been a member of other forums but not so active. Being part of the SF has been a great experience, I joined because I love Spooks and also because I wanted to improve my English. I felt really welcome and found a bunch of friendly people. The forum grew a lot since then, and I can't believe Nitrus gave me this oportunity to become a mod.
I've met people from around the world, wonderful people, I'm friends with some of them, good friends and it's lovely; hope I can meet all of them some day or another.
It has been a pleasure to be a part of this forum and will be from now on.

I can't believe Spooks is going to be finished for good in just under two hours
thanks to Nitrus for creating the forum and all the hard work you and the mods have done to keep the forum running smoothly.I've only posted here every now and again ('real life' has got in the way a lot), but I'm glad the forum isn't closing. I've loved lurking and reading everyone's thoughts and adding my own from time to time too. There's been some wonderful insights and interpretations of the various episodes and characters on here, and I look forward to rewatching the show and to continue reading the forum.

Thanks Nitrus for facilitating everyone to enjoy this great forum. I haven't had as much time as I would have liked for Season 10 watching & discussing, but I have loved reading everyone's comments and insightful thoughts.
