I've also read all the Harry Potters and enjoyed them... Hated the film though. But I do like reading (but read less frequently than I used to.)

But I do love Prisoner of Azkaban and Goblet of Fire.

I didn't like the Goblet of fire, it was like she was trying to pad it out too much. Even more so with the order of the pheonix (but I preferred that storyline) Waffling is good when trying to pass GCSE history, but not in a novel Tongue

My wife really liked it. She said the guy who added the zombie bits really made them fit with Austen's style.

Cool, I'll try getting it out of the library or borrowing it off my friend Smile

Ok, you convinced me, I'll start reading Pride and Prejudice and Zombies Wink

Talking about Harry Potter, I didn't like the way that it finished, the last book was a bit dissapointing Dodgy

I thought the last book was just like Lord of the Rings, but I still enjoyed it. She shouldn't have written that last chapter though Confused

Tranquility, I think you're right. I don't think she could possibly write an ending to the series that would satisfy anyone.

When I read it, I ignore the last chapter. The ending for me in when
Spoiler: show
Harry is thinking about Kreature bringing him a sandwich.
A nice ending and it leaves an opening so the reader can imagine what happens next themselves.

Spoiler: show
The 'all was well' part was just a bag full of cheese.

I put in spoiler tags just incase someone doesn't know what happens, highly unlikely but hey Tongue

Yeah! the last chapter Thud what was that?
I think
Spoiler: show
she was afraid of killing him, so she wrote the last chapter
