I guess I'm disagreeing about her death. Seeing someone sitting up with a hole in their head, done so fast the expression on their face is blank, not even frightened, kind of gives me the chills, no matter how many times I see it.

Personally, I thought Sarah's death was fitting. She was part of a larger problem, a larger conspiracy to spend any more time on someone so inconsequential would have been too Bond-ish.

I think the sweetest scene between RA and GOR was in Ep4 when they were outside, RA was leaning against the wall holding her coffee while she poured sugar into it and stirred, It was very boyfriendy/girlfriendy. Perhaps the writers had no intention of killing her until they saw this forum and then had to quickly rewrite the ending due to popular demand hence it seeming a bit rushed Tongue

Yeah I liked that scene too Smile

My favorurite scene between them - even though it wasn't a sweet one was when they were fighting in episode 4

yeah when she shoved him I don't think RA had anticipated how hard she was going to push and he almost fell over Big Grin

That went through my mind last night as I was doing dishes. Anything too creative would have been just wrong.

After watchng it again I have to agree with you actually... Maybe if we had have seen it, would have made it less chilling, more cheap in a way if you get what I mean Confused Tongue

My only correct prediction this entire series -- that Nightingale would kill Sarah because she was compromised. I think this really was the only way to go. MI5 wasn't going to kill her because she possessed info that they wanted and, also, she was an American so they would have been bound to return her to the CIA. Her own traitorous crew killing her was the proper end for her, imo.

I would have liked to have seen her killed in action though, something a tad more exciting Big Grin

Typical YFM Tongue I think her death was fine Big Grin She wasn't the main player so it was right that her death was small-scale (ie no rigged car, chase with bullets being fired at her, hospital destruction, etc. Just a small gunshot.)
