In my defence, I was only joking! Wink

I like Ros quotation! hahaha You're right JHyde, this relationship isn't going anywhere, I would think is based on interests.

Christine 2.0 (I love it) is quite inexpressive, don't you think?

The thing is I don't get why Lucas even kissed her. Was there some chemistry that I missed/have forgotten about?

RE: [spoilers] Lucas and Sarah Caulfield - JHyde - 10-11-2009 06:52 PM

Lucas isn't dense, he knows no matter how much he might like her, looks wise, brains wise, whatever - there's no future here.

But like I said, I'm not sure he wants anything serious.

almh, I think he just liked that she quoted Lear at him.

Mind you Tom wasn't dumb either and he still fell for Christine 1.0

Of course, that's a good enough reason to kiss someone. If someone quoted something to me of course I would kiss them Wink

It was an impulsive kiss - perhaps he won't even go to Claridges! Although I feel........

Hmm,

Christine 2 is not even a good imitatation of Christine 1 who actually I didn't mind. At least Christine 1 had a proper accent, also she was prettier, less conniving and far less annoying.

I bet after their little interaction the next ep starts with them in bed together which would make me go eeewww Lucas - why are you doing that?? All that Lucas hotness wasted on her!! disappointing

almh, I truly fear for your heart once you get to university. You will have every moron and his moronic dog quoting rubbish at you. Try and go for someone who at least quotes T.S Eliot, or Benjamin Franklin, or Arrested Development. Or Jonathon Swift, or from one of Charlie Kaufman's characters.

Do not, under any circumstances, go for anyone who quotes Neitzche.

allanah, I disagree. Christine Dale's accent may well have been more real, but that voice was like nails on a blackboard for me.

LOL. Don't worry, my selection criteria are very strict. They have to quote either Doctor Who or Spooks Wink

Good criteria! I nearly added those to the list, but I know they're a given for you anyway Smile

I'm sure we'll find out what the attraction is soon enough. Maybe it's just enough that they're available and not meant to do it?

Lucas "So what happens now?"
Dogface "Now?"
Lucas "The next few hours....?"

Lucas sweetie you won't last a few hours after 8 years without any at all!
