It will hurt him terribly, I think he's already realised there's more to Sarah than meets the eye - he saw a different side to her in Ep 4 but he wants to try and put it to the back of his mind because he's falling in love with her. She will stop at nothing and if she was to threaten, for example Harry, I'm positive Lucas would be loyal to MI5 and do what he had to?
I haven't used spoiler tags here as I'm making this all up.
Oh and Lucas can put that boiler suit on anytime he likes woof woof
