Liz Carlyle's meant to be older than how Miranda Raison looks, I disagree.
Plus, Rimington's books aren't that crash hot, the two that I've read. I like her autobiography better.

Liz Carlyle character is 35 years old in the last installement "Present Danger" dated 2010. Means she was between 30 and 35 over the last few novels. MR will turn 30 this year, she's good for it.... ballpark..
I say it will cut it !
Besides, she seems to be a very mature young lady...
