You're to first one to make me laugh today (no offense) .. not that I don't like him, I reckon he's underused and should get a bigger role in the future... and laid-back might be one way to descibe him (tho I think that, while confident of his skills, he's still still somewhat afraid of making mistakes or disappointing the rest of the gang) but ruthless?
