I think if they wanted to bring Lucas back, it is possible that Harry would have 'faked' a suicide for Lucas to 'clear his conscience' or something similar. Highly unlikely seeing as Lucas put the woman Harry loves in danger, but possible. Lucas gets another chance, and Harry is surely intelligent enough to cover his own tracks if he should so wish...
