Series 10 - Episode 5 Discussion

One of my favorite episodes of Spooks ever. Definitely rewarding for a H/R shipper.
Question: Did anyone wonder why it seemed that Ruth was reluctant or afraid to take Coaver's laptop to Harry's flat? There was definitely something going on in that scene when they discuss it on the phone. Ruth expresses misgivings, and Harry squints mysteriously into his car mirror.
I was wondering whether Ruth was nervous to be alone with him - was feeling shy - or whether there was something greater going on there. In any event, whatever it was seemed to have been forgotten by the time Sasha took the laptop, so it may not have been important.

Also - where is Scarlet?
I guess I am glad she's not there if Harry won't ever be returning home.
And since we probably won't get an answer, I will pretend she has been adopted by a nice family who walk her every day and let her sleep on a chair next to the fire.
