I think it's a problem to have a normal relationship with someone from the outside, as we saw (again and again, sigh) with Tom. However, I don't think it's a good idea for the show to always pair off the leads romantically, that's just so cliche. So if they must give Ros a love interest, I hope it's someone else. She could always date the Home Secretary, or someone from MI6.
