Re Fiona leaving Jo in the lobby: While I agree that she did it firstly because she wanted to get away, I think there's also an element of Fiona being concerned for Jo's life. Fiona knows what kind of man her ex is, and that he wouldn't hesitate to kill Jo to get to Fiona. So perhaps there was a little bit of altruism in her decision as well.
