RE: Series 9 Episode 3 discussion
I thought this was a pretty good episode. I like how they portrayed the dilemma Harry had and the geopolitical implications/storyline. I wonder why they decided to use a fictional country though. Is it just so that it could be a representation of countries in the area (and recent events too)? Just wondering.
Nevertheless the storyline was very interesting. I also like how Harry and the rest of the team worked to resolve the problem (theft of Paroxocybin) in a beneficial way. It was very smart and creative. The only real downside of this episode was the Lucas/Maya relationship. As some other SF members have mentioned, its a bit silly that Maya would want to be in love with him and trust his very vague answers. I think its becoming distracting (this story about Lucas being in love with Maya and his past...) |
