Ok, according to my "Official Handbook", Harry was in his snuggly jumper because he was on an op with "6" in the early hours of the morning. He was given the codes and took them home. He got a few hours sleep and left for work, forgetting the codes. So Harry was on a dress down day because he was a weeee bit tired.

Wow, TL! You are veritable reference library of all things Spooks! The snuggly jumper has always been a mystery to me. Is this explanation mentioned within the episode and I missed it? Or is it just in the Handbook?

Yeah what would we do without TL? I think it is mentioned in the episode - when Harry explains to Tom why he took the codes home in the first place.

Geez, I can't believe I forgot about the Havensworth corridor scene...
