I've read on the newspooks forum there is a discussion ongoing about
Series 10 Spoiler: show
Harry kissing someone else, as mentioned in the new ep1 trailer which could be found on the bbc1 webpage this morning. It is thought this "someone" might be Elena
However, it's like everybody seems to forget

Russian people is greeted by being kissed, either men and women!
So the writers might be intentionally ambiguous - as they usually are Wink
