Perhaps Lucas was upset because he had just booked an airline ticket to Boliva and Mastercard wouldnt give him a refund. As for Ros, HN lost her only other steady job on British TV a couple of months ago with Kingdom being axed by ITV. That maybe enough to make her rethink any decision she made earlier on in the year about Spooks. Scenes can be reshot. As for Adam,
