Liked your comments about Tom at the end Silktie. Yes I think you may be right about this being the beginning of the end for him. Harry perhaps thought he had gone a little too far with this training exercise at the end, maybe? Not quite sure why Tom got straight on the phone to Vicky. I think I would have gone down the pub first and then faced the music. Perhaps he was so angry and in the mood for a fight, he just wanted to carry it on so Vicky got it in the neck.
