It's interesting that Harry always seems aware of everything that's going on on the Grid. Apparently he spends most of his time sneaking around and eavesdropping on his officers to make sure nothing gets past him...

I admit that I also wondered why Tom didnt recognise him. I then just thought that I had missed something and that Tom never actually met him face to face. Perhaps it was just the flat cap Joyce was wearing. It was one hell of a disguise!!

As for Harry, he appeared to have super hearing in this episode. Danny was positively whispering to Zoe and Harry still heard him. Actually... perhaps Harry can read lips?
