Maybe he said, after that infamous Fern Britton interview on "This Morning" in 2007, that if you EVER make me go on one of these crazy chat shows again, I will quit and go sail my boat around the Med for the next twenty years !!

Then again, maybe his South Riding contract won't let him out for the day. Yorkshire is about 1000 miles from London A Cousin, and he would probably need to get a tram, two planes, a donkey and a paddle steamer, to get back to London town
