Technically Adam didn't have to look back or respond either.

But all these technicalities doesn't do much, in the end, the people responsible were the ones who set the bomb. Not Ros.

Or just blame the writers for writing that scene...

that the blonde woman seen filming and forcing Harry to the ground at the Foxhills shoot is in fact Ros, saving Harry's life...

I guess we will really know once Series 9 comes back.
