RE: Pics from series 6 set visit
Yeah there are lots of things about my set visit, there are some quite sad things as well, like the pods onto the grid that are operated by two men, in the boardroom the crest is actually made of polystyrene, but having said that the attention to detail is amazing. Any folder you pick up on set is full of details that look 100% genuine, Malcolms lab is amazing, I was in there with him and he should me loads of stuff from previous seasons, Adams I.D. badge, fake driving licences for most of the team. All of the graphics you see on the computer screens are generated in real time and are all completed by one man!!! My set visit was the start of episode 6 in series 6, so I saw the opening sequence with the team discussing the courier, any more questions feel free to ask!!!!

RE: Pics from series 6 set visit
Cool, I'll play.

1. Is Harry's chair comfortable? Tongue

2. You indicated in another thread
Spoiler: show
that Peter Firth told you that Ruth would come back and be with Harry. Did he actually know whilst they were filming season 6 that she would be back in season 8? And did he say whether Ruth is back permanently, or will she only be in a few episodes?

Thanks.

Of all the questions to ask, you ask if his chair is comfortable?!?! lol Wink

DANNY - Placements all over the shop. Back up vehicles, chopper support if we need it. Bomb disposal with a signal jammer for Mary’s trademark remote control blasts. And Tom here’s doing the catering. Mate. You are so covered.

Well, enquiring minds want to know...Rolleyes

Thanks for answering my previous questions!

Some more questions:
1. Did you see any scenes being filmed? I'm always amazed at some of the dialogue the actors need to learn for this series - was there a lot of lines being fluffed?
2. What is the mood on set like? Is it mostly serious, or is there a lot of joking around going on behind the scenes? Which of the actors do most of the joking?
3. Which of the actors, apart from Harry and Malcolm, did you get to meet?

RE: Pics from series 6 set visit
1. yes as I said I saw the start of episode six, they filmed for about an hour for about two minutes of air time with all of the reverse angles etc.
2. When the filming is happening its very serious but all of the cast seem to get on really well and the main joker on set appeared to be Peter Firth, the only fluffed line I saw was from Peter
3. During the scene I saw on set Connie, Harry, Ros, Jo, Malcolm and Adam, I met all of the cast and they all where very nice to me, the majority of the time I spent with Harry of course, but I spent some time talking to Jo and Malcolm, also with Adam and Ros. When I spoke to Jo she had just been in Doctor Who so we had a good chat about that too.
I was given some very nice goodies as well, I was given a signed script from season 5 signed postcards of all of the cast apart from Connie but she signed the script for me, I was also given the shooting script for that day and the daily events schedule mainly because I was named on it.
