What, what, what...?? Where have I been? What is this purported storyline about Harry's past? I am inclined to think that Lucas IS Harry's past somehow. I think Harry knows something about Lucas that has not come to light yet and that not even Lucas knows.

Now cracks a noble heart. Good-night, sweet [Spooks];

I think we could be drifting into other threads here but it is possible that Peter has his hair longer for filming some flashback scenes or maybe he just got up a little late that day and forgot the hairspray. Smile

A Cousin, the last couple of pages of the Series 9 "rumour and speculation thread" has some further info on what Picard was referring to.

RE: Peter Firth
There will be a commercial release of all Double Deckers episodes on 1 November 2010. Amazon.co.uk are advertising it for sale.

http://www.amazon.co.uk/Here-Come-Double...58&sr=8-28

I have only ever watched short clips on You Tube of The Double Deckers. It was a few years before my time when it was first on TV. I wonder why they are releasing it now? I don't think it's had a commercial release before.

RE: Peter Firth
I am afraid it's not before my time, I can still 'sing the theme tune' (sorry, bit of a Little Britain thing there). All I can remember about it is a bunch of kids hanging about in a old bus station, there was a windup bicycle thing that made the door go up and down and a little girl who carried a soft toy everywhere. Sad at 47 that I came remember all this but not where I left the car keys!

I would love to see a whole episode again. Maybe I should buy it and persuade my 10 year old that she would love to watch it? Smile

RE: Peter Firth
I watched the episode of Kavanagh QC with PF in it last night called Ancient History. I'm glad I only spent a few pounds on the DVD from ebay as PF (Charlie Beck) is only in a few scenes and most of these are spent getting his father in and out of the car at the Old Bailey. The episode is quite interesting though and is about a purported concentration camp guard from WW2 hiding out in England who says he was just a prisoner. The other interesting thing is that the solicitor acting for Charlie's father (Guy Salthouse) is played by a young looking Peter Sullivan. Peter and Peter have two scenes together which is very disconcerting as Peter Sullivan did of course play our friend Viktor Sarkisian.

Seeing as this thread doesn't say it contains spoilers in the title, can we please not mention this here? I'm desperately trying to avoid spoilers Undecided

Lifeforce is being shown on MGM HD tonight at 9pm. So if you have Sky and HD TV it may be worth a watch. I say may because I have only ever managed to sit through ten minutes of this film. I will try for at least 20 minutes this time, as Peter will be in HD.

Here is a synopsis of the film: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Lifeforce_(film)

It's basically about killer female alien vampires. As I say, I only managed 10 minutes last time but will do my best to stick with it this time and give it another go.

Do try to stick with it, Tea Lady - it's so baaaaad that it's really funny. Peter looks absolutely adorable as Colonel Caine :thud:and manages a very commendable performance, considering the movie's a giant 'ham sandwich'. The great Patrick Stewart's in it, too - and he really hams it up! He much cringe every time the word is mentioned.Blush

"Where's Harry?"
"Moving in mysterious ways."
