Thanks for the link to the interview.
Richard sounds very hard on himself and very focused. Although I can relate to this quote, "I still feel like I’m 25 in my head. I always thought when I got to 40 it would be OK because I’d feel 40, but I don’t." I know exactly how he feels there!
